My Story

Hello beautiful! My name is Tiffany Membreno, just a gal who grew up in Long Island, NY. I have a BA in Psychology from Stony Brook University, and I am currently studying for my MS in Herbal Medicine at American College of Healthcare Sciences.

I have always shared a love for medicine and helping others, whether it was giving advice to a friend or being a listening ear. Traditional western medicine is wonderful, but it wasn't for me. The empathy was lacking, and the perspective of grouping people when health issues can be really unique to each individual bothered me. This led me to study Herbal Medicine. I want to combine my studies with my shamanic practices, or in general, energetic practices. My goal is to bridge the gap, looking at an individual with a whole body perspective to include their soul/energetic body. Indigenous practices would say it combines both the physical symptoms and the spiritual.

My spiritual journey began at a young age. My earliest memory was at 7 years old. First, I witnessed a ghost, and I ran as fast as I could. My curiosity sparked there, but it stayed in the background as I had a very logical way of thinking. In 2019, that is where my real journey began as I faced a culmination of challenges in my life. These changes reminded me of my spiritual gifts that I had placed on the back burner, connections to my ancestry that I refused to pay attention to. From 2019, I have had shamanic and hoodoo practitioner teachers. I have learned so much, and I have so much to give. I truly want to give back to the community and share my gifts. 

I also want to be able to educate, and share information. In the future, I intend to take on mentees or have a class here and there. Create interactive books that serve as a handbook or guide to your own inner knowing.
